About Me

I started this blog for anyone who shares the same love for the beauty and wonder of the Oregon Coast.  If you love the Oregon Coast as much as I do, you will want to stick around to see what posts are to come!  I am so excited to share life on the Oregon Coast with you! It truly is one of the most amazing places on earth.

A little about me, I have a 11 year old little boy that I absolutely adore and am so blessed to have such an amazing husband of 14 years.  We moved to Oregon from Oklahoma 14 years ago.  It all started with a calendar we had on our wall.  There was a picture of the Columbia River Gorge which is just East of Portland, Oregon and it was absolutely stunning, pulling us towards the west.  columbia-river-gorge1-1024x667

We said “we’re going to move there,” long story short, we made it happen and haven’t looked back since.  We started out in Southern Oregon, in beautiful Klamath Falls, just 40 minutes from Crater Lake National Park.  Although, we cherished our time there, we always desired to be on the coast.  We only got to visit the beach once or twice a year, and it wasn’t enough.  So, once again, we made it happen.  I wholeheartedly believe that if you want something bad enough, and you believe in it, it will happen.

My husband and I are professional real estate photographers, check out some of our work here.  I love the outdoors and spending quality time with my family.  Photography is my passion and I love taking road trips, so I thought, what a perfect chance this would be to share an insider’s view with anyone who is looking to travel here or those who are just fascinated with the Oregon Coast.  I use all of my own photos, unless otherwise noted. Stick around and see what’s to come!

Please like and follow my blog if you would like to know what’s happening on the Oregon Coast.   I would love to chat with you about your experiences or answer any questions about the coast, feel free to comment anytime.   Thank you for stopping by and I hope you enjoy my blog!
